Ommeren Metal Technology Ltd is specialized in composing and welding stainless steel components  (ferritic, austenitic), unalloyed, low-alloyed, creep-resistant steel, aluminium and special kinds of material like:

Corrosion and/or heat-resistant alloys like 254SMO®,904L, Sanicro® and nickel-based alloys Inconel 625,825,Hastaloy X, 750, but also nickel/copper alloys like Monell® 400-500 and titanium are processed.

Petrochemical industry

Our sphere of activity includes (among other things) the petrochemical industry for which we, on the authority of Koene Consultancy Holland, produce Separation Intenals Systems; because of this our organization is Shell-approved. Furthermore we take an active part in the food industry, feed industry, transport, furniture industry and infrastructure on behalf of the shipping industry.

High-quality welding  work

Our organization is ISO 9001-2000 certified and comes up to the EN3834-2 standard, our welding procedures come up to the EN-15614 standard and our welders to the EN-287 standard.

Organizationally we meet the concerning requirements for welding technology, our welding methods safeguard the preservation of the mechanical values of welded materials and our welders have the required skills. In order to keep our welding-technical level up-to-date, we cooperate closely with the recognized training institution TCE/SKOT at Veenendaal and the NIL (Dutch Institution for Welding Technology).
