Ommeren Metaaltechniek BV specialise in the fabrication and welding of components and assemblies in ferritic and austenitic stainless steel, unalloyed and low alloy metals, creep-resistant steel, aluminium and special materials such as:
Corrosion and/or heat-resistant alloys including 254SMO®.,904L, Sanicro®.,nickel-based alloys like Inconel 625,825,Hastaloy X, 750, nickel/copper alloys like Monell® 400-500 and also Titanium.

Generator manufacture (Stainless Steel and Mild Steel housings), Trailer manufacture (chassis components, axles, container lifting systems etc, and products for the Shipping Industry Infrastructure sector (bridge parapets, railings, masts, stagings, radar reflectors, panel frames and buoys).

High-grade welding
Our organisation is certified to ISO 9001-2000 and meets the standards of EN3834-2 , our welding procedures satisfy EN-15614 /ASME IX and AWS and our welders comply with EN-287 and other code’s.

Our organisation is Shell approved. This means that our organisation meets the relevant quality requirements for welding technique, our welding methods ensure the retention of the mechanical characteristics of welded materials and our welders have the full range of required competencies. In order to keep our welding expertise up to date we work closely with the widely-respected TCE/SKOT training institute and the Netherlands Institute for Welding Technology (NIL).
